While enjoying a backyard fire toasting our favourite treats one fall evening, one of our children asked us all a question. “Why are there only a few flavours of marshmallows available in stores?” Why not banana, chocolate or even strawberry flavors? We really didn’t have an answer. Brandon, husband to Dena & father of the boys had been dealing with health issues & was forced to leave his life long career in the renovation business. “We threw all our eggs into one basket and invested in a new restaurant startup; we were scheduled to open in May of 2019 than covid hit. We almost lost everything but struggled through the financial losses! With a background in baking & being an entrepreneur his whole life our family set out on its mission to bring gourmet marshmallows to Manitoba.
