General Vendor Application Step 1 of 4 25% Farmstead Market & More is a Local Vendor Storefront located on Main Street in Kitscoty, Alberta. We Opened December 2020 and have expanded our space numerous times in the last 2 years and opened our Bistro in May 2022! Our seasonal Ice Cream Shack opened July 2021 in our green space, and we do outdoor markets from June-September. All Store Vendors can attend outdoor Markets by submitting an outdoor application We also accept all other Vendors at the outdoor Market. Our regular business Hours are Monday- Friday 10-6 , Thursdays late till 8pm, and Saturdays 11-5. We are Closed on Sundays and Holidays. Christmas Hours Vary, we open for Sundays in December but close Dec 24-27 so our staff and get some well deserved down time with family! We are excited to be a brick & mortar front for local small businesses, creators and producers to grow and thrive. We are a unique shopping experience for locals to support many local businesses in one space. We are staffed by us and Stocked by Many! With over 200 vendors in store we have a wide range of products. All Vendors are Canadian with a High focus on our Local area and the Prairies! All Vendors are responsible for tagging and drop off/ delivery of product to the shop and keeping stock levels up. We will notify when low but it is the responsibility of the Vendor to keep stock levels up & check in. *Alberta + Canada health regulations and registrations must be in effect for your business where applicable.* Please fill out the following application to be considered for a vendor spot in the Marketplace. As we are a fully stocked store we take New vendors as we have openings in their sales areas. Due to a high volume of amazing applicants, only successful vendors will be contacted via e-mail. We wish we could take all applicants, however we do limit the amount of vendors in different categories to make sure to create a wide variety in store and equal selling opportunities for our vendors. A number of variants are looked during the selection process in addition to products, we look at business location, social media presence, and store compatibility. All applications will be kept on file and put on our wait list if not approved right away as we add vendors regularly! We do take on LIMITED wholesale vendors now as well.
