Since 2011 we’ve had the privilege of creating moments for people to celebrate when they find out everything we make is gluten free! This local bakery was started by Lee-Anne, a celiac mother of 5, who endeavoured to make gluten free baked goods that taste just as delicious as any other baking out there.
The gluten free journey is a difficult one, but our hope is to make that journey a little bit sweeter for you. This continues to be the heart of our bakery’s operation, as we have grown from a farmers market table to a storefront and cafe in Edmonton.
