Cheesemaking is part of who we are. It’s more than a job, it’s our labor of love. We’ve been doing this for six generations after all. Our ancestors in The Netherlands, and now us in Canada.
Good cheese begins with a love for farming. It’s about sourcing the best ingredients, mastering age-old techniques and paying attention to the finest detail. Size, color and taste all need to come together for a wheel of cheese to earn our cheese master’s stamp of approval.
