Hi! My name is Chrissy and I’m the owner and maker behind Prairie Girl Threads.
It all started innocently enough in the summer of 2020. I was looking for new ways to get creative. After being shown how to use a sewing machine, I started making scrunchies for family and friends. That quickly grew into PGT.
I believe your accessories should be fun and fashionable but also affordable. I love coming up with new ideas or finding the perfect fabric to help you pull off your favourite looks.
When I am not creating or sewing, you’ll find me at work (as an Educational Assistant, which I love), drinking an iced coffee, or waving at dogs.
