As three sisters who shared a love for yoga and teaching yoga to children we knew now more than ever we needed to launch this into the world.
In 2017 & 2018, we had the opportunity to share our yoga teaching to children in remote communities in Northern Alberta as resident yoga teachers for one week. Although we knew how impactful yoga is for children it was through these experiences we saw first hand that there was a lack of opportunity for children who live in remote areas to access quality yoga programs, as so our journey began.
