As a youth I lived in the community of Kitscoty and enjoyed the comradship of the people. When we heard there were openings at Farmstead Market we were excited to apply and be accepted.
My crochet and knit items are ever changing for each season while my husband hand makes and designs leather wallets in both bifold and roper style. We also have a line of baby to adult leather lined slippers with thick cozy bernat blanket yarn as the upper
Retirement has allowed us to focus more on doing what we like which includes creativity. Currently we are in the store here as well as 3 other stores in Saskatchewan. Each has their own specific needs and wants of the consumer
What makes us push ourselves with new products?
The challenge to bring a smile to the consumer as they browse through our products.
They say the mind and body needs to be kept busy as one gets older. If that is true we should live to a ripe old age! Our hobby keeps us busy full time and we wouldn’t want it any other way!
