Elk Valley Ranches is a third generation family owned bison ranch near Kitscoty, AB and operated by Frank & Donna and Neil & Coral McAllister, along with Neil & Corals four sons.
Bison is a healthier red meat that is high in iron and has a low fat content. Our meat is hormone and antibiotic free, provincially inspected and butchered locally.
